After your Order has been processed and forwarded to the transportation company, we will send you a confirmation mail with a tracking number (shipment confirmation / order tracking). Please check the website www.fedex.com and place your number there. You can check at any time where your order’s at and when you will receive it. 

All returns must be notified to returns@qwstion.com with a reason for return. Customer service sends you a return sheet providing a return number. Please fill out this form properly and enclose it to your shipment. It´s advisable that returns are sent with trackable service. Qwstion is not liable for returns sent without registered mail options. Once inspected and agreed you will be notified by customer service.

The shipping costs within Switzerland are 10.00 CHF and within the EU are 12.00 Euro. The international (overseas) shipping costs are 20.00 Euro. Orders from outside Switzerland and the EU will arrive four to five days after the confirmation.
